Product overview

TL780RD vertical automatic foil stamping and die cutting machine is composed of four parts: main motor, hot stamping, auto feeder and electric equip. This machine is designed for the hot stamping, embossing, die cutting , hot cutting, creasing etc technology, it’s suitable for paper, all kinds of plastic film. To meet the large area of stamping and embossing stamping molding process, using airflow stripped bodies to ensure that printing products and foil separation.

Performance

This machine was converted into a machine that it can walk foil left and right,up and down.
Feeding adopts cylinder to separate and merge.
Adjust the pressure adopts servo motor driven, it can be adjusted on the touch screen, and it can fun-tune, it also can adjust without stopping the machine.
Lubrication adopts oil pump, the oil can be recycled filter and use.
The main motor adopts alternating current inverter control, starting and braking adopts pneumatic clutch device, so that the machine can be operated in any case freely, and more secure.

Advantages

1. The machine has been changed to move foil horizontal and vertical ,to save foil for user.

2. Separation and connection of the paper feeder is used to manual disk hand wheel adjust position,now machine has been changed to automatic adjust position.

3. Paper feeder separation and connection is used to manual push and pull, now has been changed to use the cylinder to push and pull.

4. Adjust the pressure adopt the servo motor, the touch screen can adjust the pressure, and it can micro adjust,it can also be adjusted in the case of non-stop.The machine is used to adjusted pressure manually,it difficult to put hand inside shell to adjust right and left pressure.

5. Lubrication using oil pump, oil can be recycled filter use.

6. Piezoelectric aluminum roller is used to spring.The machine has been changed into cylinder, the pressure will not slip evenly.

7. Installed foil don’t have pull-back device in the past.Now the machine has been changed to horizontal and vertical have pull-back device.

8. The feeding arm and collecting arm have been improved,now max. Speed is 2500s/h,normal work speed is 2200s/h.Before the speed is 2000 s/h the machine will shake a lot,normal work speed is 1700s/h.

9. Stripping part sets, paper separation, control cam, and so on all parts has been improved,At present this machine is the most advanced at home and abroad with the best vertical automatic stamping die-cutting machine.
